ใช้โปรแกรม photoshop ก็ได้ครับ ถ้า CS2 ก็เปิดไฟล์ แล้วไปที่ menu "Image/Image Size" หรือกดปุ่ม ALT+CTRL+I ครับ แล้วกำหนดความกว้างของภาพไม่เกิน 800 พิกเซลครับ จากนั้นไปที่ menu "File/Save as for Web" แล้วเลือกชนิดภาพเป็น JPG แล้วเลือก Quality เป็น medium ครับ แล้วกดปุ่ม save แล้วตั้งชื่อไฟล์ตามใจชอบครับ แค่นี้ก็จะได้ขนาดภาพไม่ใหญ่เกินไป และขนาดไฟล์ไม่โตเกินไปครับ ภาพแต่ละภาพไม่ควรโตเกิน 800 พิกเซล และไม่ควรใหญ่กว่า 100K โดยไม่จำเป็น

คุณ Arcturus ลองใช้โปรแกรม paint .net ดู เป็น freeware อันหนึ่ง หน้าตาคล้าย photoshop คาดว่าน่าจะตัดต่อรูปได้ (อันนี้ไม่แน่ใจ วานผู้รู้จิงๆตอบด้วย) โหลดโปรแกรมที่นี่ http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html อันนี้ไม่เท่าไหร่ แค่ขนาดแผ่นดิสก์ แต่ต้องไปโหลดโปรแกรม .net ของไมโครซอฟท์อีก http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=10CC340B-F857-4A14-83F5-25634C3BF043&displaylang=en (.net framework) อันนี้อาจนานหน่อย แต่คิดว่าคุ้มถ้าบ้านไร้ photoshop ภูมิใจใช้ open source อีกต่างหาก
